Judges:
Varies per show.  Please check the show's specific page to see for sure who the judge is.

In the past, we've had:  Heather R. (green "breed" NAN cards) and Teresa F. (yellow "non-breed" NAN cards) for the double-judged Redline Revival Jan '08. Nancy D. judged the March '08 Performance Edition! show, and Heather and Teresa F. judged the June '08 Mini Edition show (double breed cards). At the August 30 clinky show, Karen Gerhardt judged OF china (breed), Heather R will be judging CMG (breed) and Teresa F will be judging collectibility for both.  For the October 11 Resin/CM show, Heather M judged the CM breed and workmanship division, and Heather R judged resin breed and workmanship.  At the November 21, 2009 show, Teresa F and Heather double-judged breed halter.

We are/or will apply to be a NAMHSA member show/NAN qualifying show. All first and second place horses will receive a green and/or yellow NAN card.

Prizes: Full-color certificates to top five in each section, and each division; paper flats (sometimes full-color) 1-6.

Fee: The entry fee for these shows varies depending on size and the room rented; please check that show's specific page on this website. PayPal is preferred (see payment button) but checks/etc. will also be gratefully accepted at the above address. Due to space constraints, ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO TEN TABLES. Entrants must enter and PAY to consider confirmed entrants. Table-sharing entries must both be paid to have the space held. Once all ten tables are sold, no more entries will be accepted.

Time: The show hall will open at 8:00. Judging will start at 9:00. Lunch will be an hour or so (no shorter) at as close to noon as we can reasonably break. We have to be out by 5:30.

Limits: There are no overall limits for the number of horses to bring, but there is a LIMIT OF THREE HORSES PER CLASS per shower. Please keep in mind that each shower gets one 6' long by 2.5' wide table. Please don't bring more horses than will comfortably fit ON the table - we don't want showers tripping over overflow on the floor, etc.

Proxy: We welcome proxy showers. Proxy fee is $3 per horse, or $25 - whichever's less. If you don't already have a proxy shower and need to find one, please sign up to the Colorado Hobbyist Yahoogroup:

Rules: Standard rules apply that we generally don't have to deal with here in our excellent Colorado hobby community: No bad sportsmanship will be allowed. No obscene, hateful behavior whether verbal or physical. If you bring children, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR. If they break something - it is your responsibility.

VENUE

The show venue is Aspen Room (and sometimes the Flatiron Room) at the Boulder Inn, located just off of 28th street in Boulder. We will have FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, so bring your laptops! There are a TON of nearby restaurants (there's a new "29th Street" thing in Boulder that's very near the show hall - it has a ton of places to eat, from cheap to expensive). A list of those places will be posted here, as well as their distance from the show hall.

It's potentially a little tricky to get to - not to find/see - but to get to. When you come into town via heading West on US 36, it turns into 28th Street (probably before you realize it). You want to take the Baseline exit off of 36/28th. However, stay straight on the short exit ramp - you want to go through the light, across Baseline, just like you plan to get back onto 36/28th. Once you get through the light, the road splits (this happens fast) - you can either veer left to take the long ramp to get back onto 36/28th, or you can go straight to head immediately into the frontage area - where you can again either stay left to go straight/frontage, or go right to get to the other streets/houses. You want to stay straight to go left - so you're on the frontage road that parallels 36/28th. The motel is right there on your right a very short distance down.

DONATIONS!

All future fund-raising auctions will be on Shallon and Brian's Auction Barn.  I'm username Redline Ranch.

Any overage for any show will go toward future shows, as well as to the Devilish Kokopelli Live show that I co-hold with Teresa F.

A whole-hearted, massive thanks to all donors!

Profuse thanks to Jennifer Buxton of Braymere Saddlery for donating a BEAUTIFUL Classic-scale hunt seat saddle for the Redline Revival Performance Edition! 2008 show.  Such a beautiful, finely-crafted, life-like, amazing piece.

A HUGE thank you to KAREN GERHARDT of WESTERLY DESIGN for her VERY GENEROUS donation of a bisque "Halfling Boreas"! He's 5" tall! He was sold via eBay to raise funds for the first Redline Revival show.  Thanks, Karen!!

Thank you also to Sarah Rose of Rose Studios for her donation of a Version Two, tail-down Rasam!!  He was also sold via eBay to raise funds for the first show!  Thank you, Sarah!
